Thank you to Donna Eden who is one of the inspirations for the main character of my children’s picture book Donna and Dermot on the Move. It’s about a girl and her dog and how they cope with the change of moving house. Today it’s available from Innersource, Donna’s organisation. Here is the link:

A recent client testimonial from Sandra which shows how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or Tapping) can be so powerful:
“I’ve had three sessions with Hilda and all of them changed something deep inside. I literally cannot be the same person I was before every session. A little bit of my soul was released and had more space to move inside, and that has been shown and manifested with more freedom to move in different ways, from moving my hands in new ways and saying “That’s enough” in spaces when that I was not even aware of what was happening. I am thankful for the new understanding, releases and subtle deep transformation Hilda brought into my life.”
For anxiety, phobias, addiction, low self esteem, energy blocks, procrastination, financial issues and so much more, EFT can help. Call me for more info or to book your session today. Sessions can be carried out via Skype/Zoom globally.

Try Rahanni Celestial Healing with me – it works on a higher vibration and a deeper level than any other healing modality at this time.
‘Rahanni’ means, ‘of one heart’. There is no separation, we are from one divine energy source.
– Balance the masculine and feminine aspects of every man, woman and child.
– It is possible to release our fears and any negative energy that we accumulate from our experiences on this earth.
– It will help us with communication and to gain control over our lives.
The difference is the vibration. Rahanni works on a higher level therefore healing in a much deeper way.
It vibrates on a pink ray of light, balancing the heart centre bringing forth love and compassion to each individual soul.
Who can benefit?
Everyone! Especially children.
They are open to these higher energies. It has been known to benefit those children diagnosed with hyperactivity and A.D.D.
The client’s body will decide how much of the healing light is required to assist healing physically, mentally and emotionally.
I am hugely honoured to have started working as a Reiki practitioner in a hospice for cancer patients. This role is funded by the The Sam Buxton Sunflower Healing Trust established by Angie Buxton-King and her husband Graham King.
They have now opened the Sunflower Lodge in Cornwall – free holiday accommodation to cancer patients anywhere in the UK.
It is a totally self-contained holiday lodge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully furnished with everything you could need for rest and relaxation in the beautiful Cornish countryside with easy access to both north and south coasts.
I am sure many people would benefit from this so please email Angie Buxton-King firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Since moving to Devon 18 months ago I have been fortunate to have established a holistic health practice in Totnes. I offer massage in Totnes from the Arcturus Clinic and the Totnes Natural Health Centre. The three kinds of massage I offer are: Swedish holistic body massage, Indian head massage and Thai hand and foot massage.
I see clients with many health conditions including stress, back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia and soft tissue injuries. For two years I volunteered as a massage therapist in the Disability Field at the Glastonbury Music Festival, seeing 20 people with a wide range of disabilities during the four days I was there. This experience was deeply rewarding and added to the knowledge I needed to live and work in Totnes, which is at the forefront of bodywork and energy work.
Since then I have been recognised for my work by both the Centre of Excellence (finalist in their awards 2017) and the Total Wellness Club, a kind of TripAdvisor for the wellness industry. Last year I won the Therapies category in their annual Health Heroes Award which was a lovely surprise.
If you would like more information about the benefits of massage and are in Totnes then please get in touch.

Are you into taking control of your own health and wellbeing? Into sports and fitness? Or just generally want to feel healthier? The Helo LX is a real time health monitoring device that can help you do that. Already it measures pulse, breathing rate, calories, steps taken, mood, sleep, ECG and blood pressure. From February 2018 it will be able to measure blood alcohol and blood sugar levels. This takes real time health monitoring to a whole new level. I am proud to be a distributor of the Helo LX. If you would like more, to see a demo or to purchase a Helo LX please get in touch.
The Helo is exciting. A wearable technology device like no other and you can be a part of it.
Helo has just launched Project 75 and here is a video that tells you more about generating more income starting from January.
Contact me to let me know whether you’re a 1 or a 2 and I’ll be in touch with the next steps.
Here’s to an amazing January.

2017 is almost at an end. For some there will have been sadness and tragedy, for others joy and wonder.
Whatever has happened, I firmly believe that it happened for a reason and all I can wish is that you help your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self by appreciating each moment of each day and revelling in the vividness and beauty of the present moment. Remember that you have the gift of life and live life to the full.
Big love and peace to all.
On Mondays I work at the Oasis Float and Therapy Centre in the Arcturus Clinic, Totnes. Oasis is the longest-established float centre in the South West. I have weekly floats in the flotation tank because there are many benefits:
- Reduction in stress levels
- Alleviation of aches and pains
- Increase in human potential (as during a float you produce slow brainwave patterns called theta waves which can release creative blockages or may give you sudden insights and answers to problems)
- Overcoming unwanted habits – the float tank environment has helped with problems such as excess weight, smoking, drinking and phobias.
The effects of floating are cumulative so the more regularly you float, the more effective it will be.
The water is full of Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate) which prevent the skin from wrinkling and are detoxifying. Once afloat you are free from gravity, in a state of weightlessness, in an environment of warmth and peace so you can relax at a very deep level.
You can also combine this with a massage or try another therapy on offer such as polarity therapy, lymphatic drainage or reiki.
I have seen the positive effects on clients, for example one was hit by a car – it has been effective in aiding his nervous system to get out of flight/flight/freeze mode and helping with shock and trauma.
