I regularly write about health issues and hold teaching events.

Here are a couple of testimonials from September’s workshop where I taught how to reduce the effects of electropollution from mobile phones, wifi etc. using Eden Energy Medicine and other techniques.

Claire of Totnes: “I really enjoyed the EMF workshop.  It contained a lot of useful, practical and unusual information to help boost your health and deal with daily issues around EMFs. I found it inspiring to meet, listen to and share stories with others who are dealing with this area and who are working towards creating a healthier and more aware world for us all.”

Toni Turner: “Most of us feel helpless with regard to our increased exposure to EMFs – forced upon us. Consequently any advice on how to reduce that exposure is most welcome. That is why the recent EMF workshop held in Totnes giving a range of advice on reducing our exposure including technical approaches and shielding materials was most helpful”.

On another note, my first children’s picture book was published by Pegasus at the end of July. Illustrated by the talented Jamie-Leigh O’Neill, it’s about the adventures of Donna and her dog Dermot and what happens when they move house. The theme is mindfulness. Here is the link to find out more

In September both ‘happiful’ magazine and the Therapy Directory published an article about the book on their websites

It has also been featured in both October’s ‘Reconnect’ and ‘Devon Life’ magazines Devon Life Bookshelf October 2017

On World Mental Health Day on 10 October I read and signed copies of my book at Totnes Library.  Also in October I was at Newton Abbot Library reading as part of the library’s Active Mind Active Life programme.

November was just as busy with readings and signings at Paignton Library, to Syrian refugees being aided by the charity Integr8 and at the hugely successful Lupton House Christmas fayre.

Here is an author interview on my publisher’s website.

If you would like a copy it’s available on Amazon, via my publishers Pegasus or directly if you get in touch with me. Limited edition, handmade soft toys of Donna and Dermot have been created by my friend, Beck Tallamy of Tall Amy Bags. Made of felt, fleece, wool and cotton, they meet BSHE safety standards and are a wonderful present for little ones.

My second picture book, which is on the theme of natural healing, will be out in 2018.
